Part II contains articles on various aspects of modern company law against the background of 400 years of company law. The English translation of the VOC Charter is just one of the remarkable features of this book. This book is interesting for both academics and practitioners in the fields of company law and corporate governance and will advance the understanding of the 'eternal' questions of corporate governance.
