Contractele Speciale - in noul Cod Civil
Noul Cod civil a fost adoptat prin Legea nr. 287/2009 şi urmează să intre în vigoare într-un viitor foarte apropiat, realizându-se prin acesta o reformă de profunzime a sistemului juridic românesc. În noua reglementare, ca o consecinţă a abandonării dualismului Cod civil – Cod comercial, s-a impus în mod logic includerea în cadrul său a cât mai multor contracte speciale, inclusiv a celor considerate până acum ca fiind apanajul exclusiv al comercianţilor, şi s-a realizat codificarea unor contracte (contractul de furnizare, contractul de comision, contractul de expediţie, contractul de agenţie, contractul de intermediere, contractul de întreţinere etc.).
Lucrarea îşi propune să prezinte contractele speciale prin prisma noii reglementări, preluând aspectele rămase actuale din doctrină şi practica judiciară, constituind astfel un instrument util de lucru atât pentru studenţii facultăţilor de drept, cât şi pentru practicienii în domeniu.
