1.ORDER CONFIRMATION
After registering the order, the books ordered and the delivery address are confirmed by telephone.
By accepting the delivery of the products, the customer indicates the acceptance of the terms of delivery and payment of Mirion Press SRL.
2.DELIVERY
The delivery will be made via the Romanian Post service, FUN CURIER ( in the country) and by the company’s own courier service in Bucharest. For deliveries outside Romania, we will use the Romanian Post service, both for normal and urgent deliveries.
For deliveries made via the Romanian Post service with payment on delivery it is important that the delivery address to be the same on the identity card.
Those who want the delivery to be made to a different address than the one that they reside at – they are required to specify it.
3.PAYMENT
The products can be paid in advance by POST OFFICE- based on a proforma invoice, by cash on delivery or by credit card, if you order on-line and choose this payment method.
4. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The customer has the right to require the return of products within 7 working days from receiving them, without penalty and without indicating a reason, but having the obligation to bear the direct cost of returning the goods . Mirion Press undertakes to reimburse for products returned within 30 days of receiving them.
If the customer wants to return totally or partially the order received, he must notify in writing indicating the products, the fiscal document with which they were delivered and the address where the money should be sent.
Mirion Press SRL reserves the right to issue a credit note to a lower value for books returned in poor condition, which can no longer be commercialized or after the expiry of the last data set for return
Only the books and the products on DVD or CD can be returned; we will not issue return notes for newspapers, magazines or for DVD or CD products that were detached from the original package.
According to the Romanian law in force , the payment for return of products will be made within 30 working days from the date MIRION PRESS SRL takes possession of the goods.
Legal persons do not have the right to return the products!
